Do you have a signature dish? Something that you make that to your family equals comfort? When I was little, my Mom made up a recipe that to this day is one each of my siblings and I find ourselves craving if we're sad, had a bad day, or just need a taste of home. It's such a simple recipe, yet to the 7 of us kids it equals home. So, in honor of May being the month for Moms, I thought I'd share my Mom's recipe with you for this month's Stauffers of Kissel Hill cooking segment.
Mom's Concoction (Yup- Mom named it this)
Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 bag of frozen corn.

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef on medium. When completely cooked, drain. Open can of cream of mushroom soup and plop over cooked ground beef.

Stir soup and beef together.

Open bag of frozen corn and plop into pan with soup and beef.

Reduce heat and let simmer until corn is heated through.
Bon Appetit!
